Triple Goddess and Connection with Mother Earth with Lucas Root
In this episode, we have a special guest and a good friend of mine, Lucas Root. Lucas spent 20 years on Wall Street and then went into consulting for the world’s strongest brands, including Wells Fargo, AIG, Bird, and the Pokemon company, with whom he is still working. He is basically a powerhouse in the entrepreneurial space for strategy and execution. His professional bio is a beautiful duality to what we are talking about on the show today!
I invited him onto the show to share about a download he got about the triple goddess- and how we, as women, have the intuitive ability to connect with source and our divine feminine along with the three goddess energies within us.
Lucas’s own journey in how we connected to mother earth/source for the first time
It wasn’t until he was 12 years old, he didn’t really connect with mother earth. My dad pushed me into going out into the woods and “finding myself.” He was able to just dive in and discover his own relationship with the divine feminine. He did end up having a download from the Divine Feminine and he shares it with us in this episode. When he was in college, he actually spent two whole summers out in nature and connecting once again.
How you can cultivate and invest in your own relationship to mother earth/source
It comes down to creating and investing in your own relationship with yourself. We need to be in physical contact with the Divine Feminine (like being outside). Each time you connect with this energy, you are bettering your relationship with her and increasing your productivity. Lucas shares his rituals that he uses to connect with Mother Earth- being present with her (being outside), meditating, and going on a retreat to get out of the day to day life. You have to be paying into the relationship even if it’s not perfect. Ultimately, we need to stop expecting something in return.
What the Triple Goddess Energies Are and How to Bring That Awareness Into Your Life
There are three different faces- maiden, mother, and matron. Each of these can be faces that women take on at various different times.
Maiden: this is the pre-child bearing woman who is fun loving and wants to engage in joy.
Mother: This is the child-bearing woman who is giving life and bringing life into the world. She is giving life through herself. This doesn’t have to be giving birth to your own children.
Matron: This is the woman who has chosen to give her internal wisdom to those around her.
You bring awareness to these different energies with the different rituals. We also want to integrate these into our lives and we can connect to them all the time. Each time to workout or connect with your masculine energy, you are more in connection with one of your energies. There’s nothing wrong with this and you need to lean into it.
Using Wise Woman Wisdom to Raise the Conscious Collective
It’s important to know that you can move back and forth between all THREE energies. Within the matron energy, you are nurturing the community and all of us have communities we need to nurture. You are bringing a piece of yourself out and sharing it with the world. This is such a key piece to connecting with the outside world!
